Returns

Due to the handcrafted and personal care nature of our products (shampoo bars, bath soaks, and tea blends), we generally cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons once the product packaging has been opened.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We ship within Switzerland and over the world via Swiss Post.

Switzerland: 3-5 business days. Free shipping on orders over 50 CHF.
Other country: 5-10 business days. Shipping rates calculated at checkout.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

Please note that for orders shipped outside of Switzerland, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may be applied by the destination country once the shipment reaches its borders. D'jem Garden has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

All additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an international order.
